Mrs. Morrison has just called to tell me what a wonderful time they had on their trip.  She said that all of the arrangements that you had made for them were splendid.  She said that Franco was the best guide she has ever had in all of her travels (and she has traveled a lot).  He was a delight and he did more than was necessary to be sure that they were cared for and that they had a good time.  Fernando was excellent, as was Patrizia.  The drivers were very good.  It was a totally exceptional holiday, thanks to you.
